1. Kafuli:

4. Kandalee ka Saag:

5. Bhang Ki Chutney:

6. Baadi:

8. Chainsoo:

10. Jhangora ki Kheer:
This is one famous sweet dish of Uttrakhand of the Garhwali cuisine. Jhangora is a type of millet which is used as the main ingredient of this dessert.

11. Gulgula:

12. Arsa:
